General information:

• LDG DTS-4 is more than just a simple antenna switch.
• DTS-4 can even be controlled remotely with optional accessories! DTS-4 is suitable for frequencies 1,8 to 54 MHz (160 - 6m) and can run up to 1500 Watt (6m <= 1000 Watt) charged.
• The switching of the antennas are easy and simple push of a button
• Also available: Set "All positions on Ground"
• All connections are in the UHF standard. (PL)
• A control LED indicates the position of each current channel.
• DTS-4 is required for operating 12 volt DC power supply.
• DTS-4 features a Ground terminal at the rear of the housing.

The Remote control unit (option) has the name DTS-4R. This is not necessarily required for operation.

Instead of the remote control unit, I use a small VB-control application developed with Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition with SP1 - DEU (free development environment).

It uses the serial port on your computer and a simple interface optocoupler
The corresponding control codes are described in the manual.


The interface will be incorporated into the 9-pin connector and housing needs at the other end of a three-pin 3.5 mm stereo plug.

Control Panel Application

It is operated by clicking the control buttons in the working mode (collapsed).

When folded out panel input options, send and receive information, interface configuration, etc. are visible.

The green labeling of the rectangles shows the current status:

In the windows "Received" and "Transmitted" control codes can be seen.
